Oversee operational performance across multiple San Ysidro Health clinic sites, managing clinic directors, driving quality improvement, and supporting the organization's growth as one of California's largest border FQHCs with 3,300+ staff.
Requirements
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or business; 7+ years FQHC operations leadership
- Experience overseeing multi-site clinical operations at large health center (500+ staff preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HRSA compliance, UDS reporting, and FQHC quality benchmarks
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred; Epic EHR operational oversight experience
