Addiction medicine physician at Tarzana Treatment Centers — LA's established FQHC-based substance use treatment network with 9 sites. MOUD (buprenorphine/methadone), MAT program, psychiatric co-management. DEA waiver required. NHSC eligible.
Requirements
- MD/DO with California license; Addiction Medicine board certification or fellowship preferred
- DEA-X waiver (buprenorphine) required or willingness to obtain
- MOUD (MAT) and opioid use disorder treatment experience
- Co-occurring mental health and substance use (MHSA) management
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
