Physician at The Health and Wellness Centers, an LA FQHC operating on eClinicalWorks with CalAIM ECM, BH Integration, and Community Supports programs. Providing comprehensive primary care to under-resourced LA communities with fully integrated behavioral health and robust social service navigation.
Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- FQHC experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred
- CalAIM ECM/BH Integration/Community Supports familiarity
