Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Needles HPSA (maximum award tier)
- Comfort with autonomous frontier practice in remote desert settings
