Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — Oxnard is predominantly Spanish-speaking agricultural and fishery worker community
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Ventura County HPSA designation
- Cerner EHR experience preferred; training provided — includes AI documentation tools
- Agricultural worker health, occupational medicine, or FQHC experience preferred
