Maintain clinic facilities across 14 locations. Plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, electrical work. Staff oversight, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years related maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical trades
- Valid CA driver's license
- Ability to carry up to 75 lbs
