Requirements
- FNP or AGNP license in California required
- Bilingual Spanish required — Boyle Heights is predominantly Spanish-speaking
- Chronic disease management experience (diabetes, HTN, asthma) essential
- eClinicalWorks EHR experience preferred
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — East LA under-resourced designation
