On August 26, 2026, CMS awarded $10 million to 35 Navigator organizations in federal Marketplace states for plan year 2027 enrollment help. State health center associations in Arizona, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska and the Dakotas hold five awards, about $1.1 million combined.
A health center can ask its state Navigator to staff enrollment days.
