TACHC's 2024 annual report says its health-center clinically integrated network, My Texas My Health, successfully applied for the 2025 Medicare Shared Savings Program with 27 participants and about 9,000 beneficiaries. It separately reports 50 network participants overall, 75% engaged in value-based arrangements, and a Medicaid managed-care contract involving 28 participants and 19,000 enrollees.

These are TACHC-reported network and application figures, not audited savings, quality results, distributions to each participant, executed terms for every FQHC, or a current job opening.
