Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California (or associate with supervision)
- Bilingual in an Asian language (Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean) strongly preferred
- Mental health destigmatization in Asian-American communities
- Culturally responsive brief therapy, family systems, trauma-informed care
- AAPI community knowledge: immigration trauma, intergenerational conflict, model minority stress
