CHW at AIHS connecting Native American and Indigenous community members in Santa Barbara County to primary care, behavioral health, and social services. Native American identity or tribal community lived experience strongly preferred.
Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years Indigenous community health outreach
- Native American identity or verified tribal community lived experience strongly preferred
- Respect for tribal sovereignty, traditional healing practices, and cultural protocols required
- Knowledge of Santa Barbara County social services, Medi-Cal, and Indian Health Service (IHS)
- Valid CA driver's license for county-wide travel
