Manage day-to-day operations of AltaMed's Pico Rivera clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with HRSA and Medi-Cal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or clinical field required
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a community health or FQHC setting
- Knowledge of FQHC PPS reimbursement, 340B program, and UDS reporting
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred for this predominantly Latino-serving site
