Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory experience in a medical front office or FQHC setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English required — patient-facing leadership role
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal eligibility, Covered California enrollment, and Denti-Cal
- Proficiency in Epic scheduling and registration workflows
