About the Role
Provide integrated behavioral health services within AltaMed's primary care setting, delivering brief interventions, case management, and crisis support under the CalAIM ECM program.
Requirements
- LCSW or LMFT with current CA license; BH integration or co-located experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required — predominant patient population is Spanish-speaking
- Experience with Medi-Cal documentation, DMH billing, and CalAIM ECM enrollment
- Training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and CBT
