Partner with AltaMed's CMO to oversee quality improvement, clinical operations, and physician workforce development across 40+ clinic sites and PACE centers serving 350,000+ patients across LA and Orange Counties.
Requirements
- MD/DO with California license; board certification in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine required
- 7+ years FQHC or community health clinical leadership experience
- Demonstrated success with HEDIS, UDS, and value-based care quality metrics
- Executive-level presence; experience with HRSA compliance, NCQA, and Joint Commission readiness
