About the Role
Lead AltaMed's OCHIN Epic training team, developing and delivering end-user training for clinical and administrative staff across 40+ sites, managing Epic builds for new workflows, and supporting go-live activations.
Requirements
- Epic certification(s) in one or more modules (Ambulatory, Beacon, Resolute) required
- 3+ years Epic training or implementation experience; FQHC or community health setting preferred
- Training design experience: curriculum development, LMS management, competency assessments
- Strong project management and communication skills for multi-site deployment
