Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — 85%+ of patients speak Spanish as primary language
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — HPSA designation
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred; training provided
- Community health or FQHC experience strongly preferred
