Pediatric NP at Axis Community Health in Pleasanton. Serving children from low-income and immigrant families in the Tri-Valley. Well-child care, developmental screening, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
Requirements
- Pediatric or Family NP license in California required
- Spanish language skills preferred — significant Spanish-speaking pediatric population
- OCHIN Epic experience helpful; training provided
- Pediatric FQHC or safety-net experience preferred
- Developmental screening (M-CHAT, CRAFFT, SDOH screening) experience a plus
