Integrated BH clinician at Axis Community Health in Livermore. Collocated BH with primary care, brief interventions, panel-based mental health for Tri-Valley's residents with limited access to care.
Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California required (ASW/AMFT with available supervision welcome)
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Integrated behavioral health or primary care-based BH experience preferred
- OCHIN Epic documentation experience a plus
- Cultural humility with immigrant and low-income patients required
