Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — HPSA designation in Alameda County
- Multilingual skills (Tagalog, Spanish, Cantonese, or Dari/Farsi) highly valued
- OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred; training provided
- Experience with diverse immigrant populations in community health settings
