Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo serves Imperial County and Eastern Coachella Valley — California's hottest and most under-resourced region. Primarily agricultural worker patients. Exceptional NHSC loan repayment potential.
Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — 95%+ of patients are Spanish-speaking agricultural workers and families
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — extremely high HPSA score in Imperial County
- OCHIN Epic or equivalent EHR; training provided
- Heat-related illness, occupational health, and migrant worker health experience a major plus
