About the Role
Manage patient referrals to specialty providers, obtain authorizations from Medi-Cal managed care plans, and follow up to ensure Imperial Valley patients receive timely specialty care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Experience with Medi-Cal managed care authorization processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through
