Requirements
- FNP license in California required
- Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec or Zapotec) highly valued

- Agricultural worker health, occupational medicine, or migrant health experience a strong plus
- Tolerance for extreme desert heat — clinics serve field workers in 110°F summer temperatures
