Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — predominantly Latino agricultural worker patient population
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — very high HPSA score in San Joaquin Valley
- OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred; extensive training available at 42-site organization
- Agricultural worker health, occupational medicine, or rural FQHC experience a strong plus
