Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years agricultural community outreach
- Spanish fluency required; indigenous language (Mixtec) a plus
- Valid CA driver's license — field travel in San Joaquin County
- Farmworker lived experience highly valued
- Knowledge of Central Valley social services and Medi-Cal
