RN supporting clinical operations across Community Medical Wellness Centers USA's 11-site Long Beach network. Provide nursing care, patient education, triage, and chronic disease management for a diverse, predominantly Medi-Cal patient panel.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- FQHC or community health clinic experience
- Triage, patient education, and chronic disease management
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- EHR documentation proficiency
