Bilingual BH clinician at Community Medicine, co-located in primary care to serve OC and Southeast LA patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and SUD. Warm handoff model, brief interventions, and connection to specialty BH resources.
Requirements
- LCSW or LMFT license (or associate with supervision)
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Integrated BH or co-located primary care experience
- Brief intervention and CBT skills
- Trauma-informed care for immigrant communities
