Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — predominantly Latino agricultural worker patient population
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Yolo County HPSA designation
- OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred; training provided
- Migrant health, agricultural worker health, or FQHC experience valued
