Requirements
- MD/DO Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Alameda County HPSA
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese) valued — diverse San Leandro population
- FQHC or community health center experience preferred
- Comfort with integrated care model including co-located behavioral health and social services
