Requirements
- CHW certification or equivalent case management experience
- Multilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese) a significant asset
- Familiarity with Alameda County benefits and social service resources
- Comfort working with low-income, immigrant, and unhoused families
- Child welfare and family systems knowledge preferred
