Support Eisner Health's quality program — HEDIS measure management, UDS reporting, care gap closure, and PCMH standards across multiple LA clinic sites.
Requirements
- 2+ years QI or population health experience in ambulatory care required
- eClinicalWorks or similar EHR reporting experience preferred
- HEDIS, UDS, or PCMH experience strongly preferred
- Data analysis and Excel skills required
