About the Role
Greet and check in patients, verify insurance eligibility, schedule appointments, and provide excellent front desk support at one of AltaMed's high-volume clinic sites.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of front desk or customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Proficiency with OCHIN Epic or similar EHR preferred
