Schedule patient appointments across multiple Sacramento Covered clinic sites, triage incoming calls, and ensure patients are connected to the right services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare scheduling or call center environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Epic scheduling modules preferred
