Specialization in Health Care for the Homeless. Serves Healthy Partners (undocumented adults), Medi-Cal, and uninsured patients. OCHIN Epic. NHSC eligible.
Requirements
- MD/DO Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Sacramento County HPSA
- HCH (Health Care for the Homeless) or unhoused patient care experience strongly preferred
- OCHIN Epic proficiency preferred
- Bilingual Spanish valued; Healthy Partners program includes undocumented adults
