About the Role
Assist uninsured and underinsured patients with Medi-Cal enrollment, Covered California applications, and sliding-fee eligibility determinations at La Clinica's Oakland sites.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) certification or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Covered California, and FQHC sliding fee programs
