About the Role
Screen patients for Medi-Cal eligibility, assist with enrollment applications, and coordinate with county social services to ensure coverage for Borrego Health's Inland Empire patient population.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2+ years of enrollment/eligibility experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Medi-Cal managed care plans in San Bernardino County
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with vulnerable populations
