MA at the LA LGBT Center's gender-affirming care and HIV clinics. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. LGBTQ+ affirming care model — trans and non-binary patients are centered. Personal LGBTQ+ identity strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification required
- LGBTQ+ affirming care required — use of correct pronouns and gender-affirming language is non-negotiable
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Trans-inclusive, trauma-informed approach to all patient interactions required
- Personal LGBTQ+ identity preferred — the Center prioritizes LGBTQ+ staff
