BH clinician at Mountain Health and Community Services — integrated behavioral health in an ECM-enrolled rural FQHC. Serve isolated mountain communities with limited BH resources, veterans, and retirees.
Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California (or associate with supervision available)
- Rural mental health and integrated BH experience
- athenahealth EHR; training provided
- ECM program care coordination collaboration
- Willingness to live in rural San Diego County mountains
