Float RN covering NEVHC's San Fernando Valley clinic sites (Pacoima, San Fernando, Sylmar) — triage, chronic disease management support, telephone advice, and care coordination.
Requirements
- California RN license required
- Ambulatory care or community health experience preferred
- Spanish skills a strong plus
- OCHIN Epic experience preferred
