Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Spanish fluency required — majority of patients are Spanish-speaking farmworker and immigrant families
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — very high HPSA score in Kern County
- eClinicalWorks EHR; training provided
- Agricultural worker health, occupational medicine, or rural FQHC experience preferred
