Requirements
- DDS or DMD with current California dental license
- Denti-Cal provider enrollment and prior authorization experience preferred
- NHSC loan repayment eligible — dental HPSAs qualify at Del Norte County sites
- Experience with rural or safety-net dental programs strongly valued
