About the Role
Provide part-time registered nursing care at Open Door's Eureka primary care clinic, supporting complex patient management, care coordination, and chronic disease education for under-resourced Humboldt County patients.
Requirements
- Current California RN license required; BSN preferred
- Primary care or community health nursing experience preferred
- Part-time schedule with flexibility; OCHIN Epic experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a rural FQHC environment
