About the Role
Float across Open Door's Southern Humboldt County sites (Fortuna, Ferndale, Garberville) providing clinical nursing coverage and filling scheduling gaps in primary care, OB, and urgent care.
Requirements
- Current California RN license required; ADN accepted, BSN preferred
- 2+ years nursing experience across multiple specialties preferred; float pool experience a strong plus
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle for inter-site travel in Southern Humboldt County
- Adaptability, strong clinical skills, and comfort with rural multi-site FQHC workflows
