About the Role
Provide general dentistry at Open Door's Fortuna dental clinic, serving Southern Humboldt County patients with restorative, preventive, and emergency dental needs under Denti-Cal and NHSC-eligible rural FQHC conditions.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD with current California dental license
- Denti-Cal enrollment and prior authorization experience preferred
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Southern Humboldt dental HPSA qualifies
- FQHC or safety-net dental experience preferred; commitment to rural oral health access
