About the Role
Provide general nursing care including phone triage, patient visits (4-6/day), immunizations, co-visits, and chronic care management at Eureka Community Health Center. BSN differential $2/hr, MSN $3.50/hr. Hmong and Spanish speakers receive additional $0.75/hr.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required
- Current California RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Triage Training modules completion within 90 days of hire
