Provide integrated behavioral health services in primary care setting. Brief interventions, crisis management, therapy, and warm handoffs with medical providers. Part of PHC's collaborative care model.
Requirements
- LCSW licensure in California
- Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care behavioral health
- Crisis intervention skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
