Requirements
- LCSW or MFT license in California (or associate with supervision)
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- FQHC-integrated BH, warm handoff, or co-located behavioral health experience
- Farmworker health, immigration stress, and trauma-informed care
- eClinicalWorks documentation; training provided
