Requirements
- MD/DO with California medical license; Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — priority designation for Urban Indian health centers
- Cultural humility and respect for Indigenous healing practices and tribal sovereignty required
- Native American identity or verified Urban Indian health experience strongly preferred
- Interest in AI-assisted care — SNAHC is an early adopter of RPM, CCM, and BHI technology
