Requirements
- CHW certification or 2+ years Urban Indian or Indigenous community outreach
- Native American identity strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Sacramento Native American community, IHS benefits, and Medi-Cal
- Valid CA driver's license
- Respect for diverse tribal nations represented in Sacramento's Urban Indian community
