- MD/DO Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- NHSC Loan Repayment eligible — Tulare County HPSA
- Bilingual Spanish preferred — Visalia has a large Latino farmworker population
- Chronic disease management: diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome
- FQHC or county health experience
